How this archive makes claims
The archive is designed to preserve distinctions that viral summaries erase. Every substantive claim must point to a source that supports the statement at the level asserted.
Public-record series. Names are not findings. Speculative archive material is excluded from evidence.

Source order
We prefer court opinions, filed charging documents, statutes, official inspector reports, and official case pages. Credible reporting can supply context or locate a record, but it does not replace an available primary source. A search result, social post, screenshot, or unattributed document dump is not treated as a final source.
Status labels
- Alleged
- A complaint, indictment, motion, or identified speaker asserts it. No merits finding is implied.
- Testified
- A witness said it under oath. Testimony can be contested and is not automatically a judicial finding.
- Documented
- A reliable record establishes that an event, filing, statement, or administrative action occurred.
- Adjudicated
- A court or jury resolved the specified issue. The label applies only to the issue actually decided.
- Insufficient record
- The available source does not support a stronger statement.
Names, privacy, and harm
A name in a record is reported only for what that record establishes. Presence in a contact book, travel record, deposition, or court filing is not treated as evidence of guilt. We do not expose protected identities of minors or survivors, and we preserve source redactions unless a lawful, reliable public record supplies the information for a necessary factual purpose. Source redactions remain visibly attributed to the source. We do not add opaque editorial black bars. If an editorial privacy withholding is necessary, it is labeled [EDITORIAL REDACTION] and explained.
Corrections
Corrections should identify the original wording, the replacement, the reason, and the source. Silent edits are reserved for typography and broken links. A material correction belongs in the article record.
What this archive refuses to do
It does not infer criminal responsibility from social proximity. It does not treat every sealed page as proof of a particular theory. It does not turn a charging allegation into a conviction or use the absence of a charge as proof that conduct did not occur. Where the evidence stops, the sentence stops.
